Genet

Genets are outwardly feline creatures, despite being separate to cats. Most of them have speckled coats and long , banded tails, tiny heads, and huge ears. Like civets, genets have strong redolence glands, which are used to mark territory , & they are known to perform handstands when doing this. Genets are highly agile creatures, with incredible reflexes & exceptional rock climbing skills, & are the only Viverrids that stand bipedally.

Genets possess immensely long tails typically over 1 to 1.5 times the length of their bodies–providing a extremely effective counter weight that enables them to simply keep balance as they leap from tree limb to bush limb.

Serval

The length is 85-112 cm (33-44 in ), and 30-50 cm (12-18 in ) of tail, & the shoulder height is around 54-66 cm (21-26 in ). Weight ranges from 9 to sixteen kg (20-35 lbs ) in females, & from 12 to twenty-six kg (26-57 lbs ) in males. Life expectancy is in general 12–16 years in the wild, & up to 20–25 years in captivity . It is a potent nonetheless slim animal, with extended legs & a fairly small tail.

Although the serval is specialized for eating rodents, it is an opportunistic predator whose diet likewise involves birds, hares, hyraxes, reptiles, insects, fish, and frogs. The serval has been observed receiving bigger animals, such as deer, gazelle, & springbok, though over ninety percent of the serval ‘ s prey weighs less than two hundred grams

Leopard

The African leopard varies in base color throughout Africa. Depending on the location and habitat, they can vary from reddish brown, through dark yellow to cream. African leopards are covered in black rosettes, usually without spots within them, the pattern of rosettes being unique to each individual. Male leopards are larger and heavier than females.

Leopards have a very varied diet, which includes insects, rodents, reptiles, and even large mammals, and will occasionally take domestic livestock when other food is scarce. They are very strong and they have been known to carry prey many times their own weight (such as Blue Wildebeest) up into trees to protect the carcass from scavengers. They are the only Big Cat who can carry their prey up into a tree. They are nocturnal and usually don’t hunt until dusk, however, they are opportunists and will hunt in the daylight when necessary.

Lion

Lions live for around 10–14 years in the wild, while in captivity they can live over 20 years. In the wild, males seldom live longer than ten years, as injuries sustained from continuous fighting with rival males greatly reduces their longevity. The Lion is one of four big cats in the genus Panthera, and a member of the family Felidae. With some males exceeding 250 kg (550 lb) in weight.

Lions are powerful animals that usually hunt in coordinated groups and stalk their chosen prey. However, they are not particularly known for their stamina. lionesses can reach speeds of 81 km/h (50 mph)
The prey consists mainly of large mammals, with a preference for wildebeest, impalas, zebras, buffalo, and warthogs. Many other species are hunted, based on availability. Lions spend much of their time resting and are inactive for about 20 hours per day
