Genet

Genets are outwardly feline creatures, despite being separate to cats. Most of them have speckled coats and long , banded tails, tiny heads, and huge ears. Like civets, genets have strong redolence glands, which are used to mark territory , & they are known to perform handstands when doing this. Genets are highly agile creatures, with incredible reflexes & exceptional rock climbing skills, & are the only Viverrids that stand bipedally.

Genets possess immensely long tails typically over 1 to 1.5 times the length of their bodies–providing a extremely effective counter weight that enables them to simply keep balance as they leap from tree limb to bush limb.
